BLEND: 100% Willamette Valley Pinot Gris from northern valley vineyards.

FERMENTATON: Open top fermenters

AGING: 11 months on the lees in temperature controlled, concrete tanks.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES: The fruit for this Pinot Gris was lovely. It came in clean and at great numbers. When the raw materials are this nice, it is a treat to work with. The resulting wine represents the finest example of a reserve Oregon Pinot Gris from the North Willamette Valley.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Best well chilled, the tropical notes of this wine make it a great wine for lighter meals. Serve with salads, seafood or pasta in cream sauce. Of course, it is also a delight to sip on its own!
